This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues for products purchased from Stealth Health Life.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Digital eBook Refund Policy
Our eBooks are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, saved, or accessed immediately after purchase, all digital eBook sales are generally final once the file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
We do not accept returns of digital eBooks because there is no physical product to return.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.

You purchased the wrong digital product and contacted us before downloading or accessing the file.

You were charged but did not receive access to the digital product.

The download link does not work and we are unable to provide a working replacement link.

The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a usable replacement.

There was a billing or order processing error.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not provide refunds in the following situations:

You changed your mind after purchase.

You downloaded or accessed the eBook.

You no longer want the product after receiving it.

You expected a physical book but purchased a product clearly labeled as digital or eBook.

You failed to read the product description before purchase.

You are unable to use the product due to device limitations, software limitations, or personal preference, unless we are unable to provide reasonable access support.

You shared, copied, transferred, or redistributed the digital product.
4. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

A clear explanation of the issue.

Screenshots or supporting details, if relevant.
We may request additional information to verify your order and understand the issue.
5. Review and Processing Time
After we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or other payment provider.
Once a refund is submitted, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Replacements and Access Support
If your issue is related to accessing or downloading the eBook, we may first try to resolve the issue by:

Providing step-by-step download instructions.

Confirming the correct email address.

Providing a replacement file or access method.

Helping troubleshoot device or browser issues.
If we can provide working access to the product, a refund may not be necessary.
7. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same digital product, contact us as soon as possible. If we can verify the duplicate purchase, we may refund the duplicate charge or offer another reasonable solution.
8. Wrong Product Purchased
If you purchased the wrong product, contact us immediately. If the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed, we may be able to exchange it, provide store credit, or issue a refund at our discretion.
If the file has already been downloaded or accessed, the purchase may no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.
9. Physical Products
This policy is primarily written for digital eBooks. If physical books or physical merchandise are offered, they may be subject to separate return conditions.
For physical products, return eligibility may depend on product condition, packaging, return window, and whether the item has been used, opened, damaged, or returned in resaleable condition. Physical product return details, if applicable, will be provided on the product page, checkout page, or a separate physical product return policy.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, we will comply with applicable legal requirements.
